North Country Fireplaces, LLC is a family owned and operated company. The Sawyer family has over 30 years of experience selling a variety of gas, wood, and pellet products.

Fran and May Sawyer opened the first retail store in September 1979 in Rochester, NY. With the help of three sons Wayne, Randy and Jeff handling sales, deliveries, service and installs they created a successful business model. Randy and Chris Sawyer intend to bring their knowledge and experience to the area to service the heating needs of the local region.
